Arboretum: Great Coffee Paired with Great Purpose

At Arboretum Coffee, we believe coffee is more than just a delicious drink—it is a gateway to connection, community, and a better way to live among our fellow humans. That’s why we are just as committed to sourcing and preparing exceptional coffee as we are to training incredible people for great careers. View our full drink menu below

Our Coffee Partners

We take pride in carefully selecting the coffee we sell, making sure it’s not only expertly roasted for optimal quality but also that it comes from a business that cares as much about the people who grow and produce the coffee as we do. That means we only select fair-trade, sustainable brands who share our commitment to serving and empowering their local communities.

We proudly serve Huckleberry Roasters on espresso and drip, and Sweet Bloom and Isolation Coffee for pour-overs.

Our Team

A cup of finely roasted coffee is still only as good as the skilled hand preparing it—and our people are what we’re most proud of. We’re not too shy to say that we only employ and train certified rockstars in the coffee-serving world. From our managers and full-time baristas to our trainees and those enrolled in our mentorship program, everyone is held to the same lofty standards of preparation and product quality.

Our Community

Every day at Arboretum, we’re proud to go beyond serving coffee, offering up fresh opportunities right here in our Fort Collins community. Through our paid coffee apprenticeship program, we provide refugees and immigrants with:

Workforce training – Learning essential job and leadership skills in a real-world setting

Economic opportunity – Earning fair wages while preparing for long-term careers

Community & belonging – Forming meaningful relationships and building a support system

This isn’t just helping people integrate; we don’t just train people to serve coffee, but prepare them for sustained, rewarding careers. It’s just one way Arboretum Coffee is contributing to building a new society together, one where differences are solidified into strength, where communities are more vibrant and shaped by the contributions of both locals and immigrants—all built around coffee!
