What is The Welcome Circle?
The Welcome Circle is our community of monthly partners who help sustain Arboretum Coffee’s apprenticeship program year-round. Monthly partners make it possible for apprentices to grow through:

Our Goal
This April, we’re inviting 40 monthly partners to join The Welcome Circle.
Together, those partners can fully fund one apprentice for an entire year, covering their training, mentorship, and paid job experience.
That’s a full year of:
- Growing confidence
- Building skills
- Forming community
- Moving toward long-term stability
