Ethiopia (Yirgacheffe)
Ethiopia is the birthplace of the world’s coffee supply, and Arboretum is proud to offer this fair-trade, single-origin Yirgacheffe roast from the east African highlands. Savor exquisite flavors from the very soil that birthed the hallowed bean.

Process: Natural
Tasting Notes: Black tea, vanilla, orange peel

Nicaragua
The highland soils of Central America are known to produce bright, nutty coffees with an earthy foundation, and Arboretum’s Nicaragua is no exception. Leaving the husk on the cherries after harvest imparts an extra fruity note of pomegranate to this otherwise grounded roast.

Process: Anaerobic natural
Tasting: All spice, hazelnut, pomegranate

Our in-house Arboretum blend is an ideal mixture of perfectly roasted Ethiopia and Guatemala, offering a playful balance of loose berry notes and structured earthly tones to give your day the strong foundation it needs.
