Hannah Norris
Executive Director and Founder
Hannah (she/her) has her Masters of Arts in Humanitarian and Disaster Leadership from Wheaton College, and she has almost a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector working with a variety of people in different capacities, from being a resource navigator with families struggling with poverty to creating communications in the development department. She founded Arboretum Coffee in 2023 after witnessing the difficulties of engaging with the current social systems and the healing and growth that can come in a holistically community-focused environment. Besides growing Arboretum, she enjoys biking, reading, writing, exploring local and faraway coffee shops, creating stained glass pieces, and sitting with friends and family over coffee or dinner on her patio.

Jessy Metzger
Program Manager
Jessy (she/her) received her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) Certificate from CSU. She has been teaching English Language and U.S. Citizenship to immigrants and refugees in the community for the past five years. After working closely with this diverse and talented group, she has been inspired to help build bridges between cultures that stretch beyond the language gap, extending on to provide opportunities to thrive holistically in our beautiful city. She has also volunteered with youth and in the local coffee industry. Jessy can usually be found at the library surrounded by books, on a walk, or enjoying board games with her husband and friends.

Faith Miller
Shop Manager
Faith (she/her) holds an associate degree in Health, Wellness, and Public Safety and has gained management experience across various fields. Much of her career has been dedicated to the food and customer service industries, where she has cared for others and created welcoming environments for all. Although she is relatively new to the world of coffee, she deeply appreciates the wisdom she has encountered at Arboretum. Her love for coffee blossomed when she moved back to Northern Colorado, where she discovered that her most meaningful conversations and cherished moments took place in local coffee shops. Faith has always had a deep compassion for immigrants and feels honored to support those courageous enough to embark on their journeys. On her days off, she enjoys exploring coffee shops in Fort Collins, meeting with friends, teaching fitness classes at Raintree Athletic Club, and spending quality time at home with her husband and her beloved cat, Mr. Tumnus.
