Volunteer as a Mentor

Looking for a meaningful way to make a difference? Our mentors walk alongside immigrant apprentices as they navigate a new life in Northern Colorado. Whether you meet regularly with one apprentice or offer occasional support across the cohort, your presence can help build confidence, connection, and hope.

We provide training, support, and plenty of coffee. What we need is your time, compassion, and willingness to listen.

Arboretum Coffee is on the lookout for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Board of Directors! If you’re committed to social justice, sustainability, and community engagement, we want to hear from you! Whether your expertise is in nonprofit management, fundraising, program development, or the refugee/immigrant experience (including people with lived experience!!), we welcome fresh ideas and diverse perspectives.

As a board member, you’ll play a crucial role in guiding our mission to empower refugees and immigrants, helping them build careers and integrate into our community with dignity and respect.
